Quite Simply, We are FANATICAL about YOUR success!
As therapists, we’re passionate about helping our clients reach their full potential in life and relationships. And once you graduate you are trained, empowered, and highly motivated to go out there and make a difference.
But there's a BUT! Being a Great Therapist, and Being a Great Business Owner are very different skill sets. And it's a transition; functionally and attitudinally.
Struggling with the myriad of new skills you need to acquire to build a practice just isn't in line with the vision of reaching your full potential.
We recognise that more support is needed to help us navigate all that comes with being a business owner; Pricing, Finance, Finding Clients, Marketing and IT and Systems, Legal, Tax, Registration - it's a long list!
We see our role and value in taking away the stress involved in the 'Business' side of your practice, so you can focus on creating massive success, for you and your clients.
We know when we are successful, you will be too.
Why We Created the Collective Healing Movement
Its a very personal journey for each of us - the pathway to Therapist involves healing ourselves.
Helen's pathway has healed her, given her clarity of purpose, but it also really shone a light on the need to upskill and support therapists on their journey from Student to Graduate, to Established Practitioner.
Seeing the wider benefits, wanting to effect change for the good and knowing it would be possible to empower a whole army of amazing practitioners was all the motivation we needed to make a pivot, and shine our focus on delivering the knowledge and skills to our community.
It needed to be accessible, it needed to be affordable, and it needed to happen now. Because we can play a significant part in the solution to the world's current mental health crisis. And that can only be a good thing.

After starting her first business from scratch at the age of 27, Helen went on to build and successfully sell multiple award-winning businesses before deciding that the path to happiness for her was to harness her energy, passion, and immense business knowledge in order to help other therapists to create their own successful practices with more confidence, more freedom, greater impacts and of course in a way which is sustainably profitable.
Fast forward to today and Helen’s training company, Learnrific Labs has now helped many, many businesses around the world and in all manners of niches to achieve their ultimate practice and lifestyle goals.
Helen does this by helping practice owners to upskill and transform the way that they attract, convert and deliver to their clients.
With over 20 years of experience as a business owner, marketing and growth, expert business strategist and marketing specialist, Helen has helped business owners across New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the US, UK, Europe and Asia to grow and profit through her endless drive, enthusiasm, experience and passion for business.
